Another picture that started as a pen drawing, it always seems to come back to these two XD I can't help but draw them sometimes haha.
Kyoko and Sayaka from Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime.
EDIT: Some things were bugging me about this pic so I made some changes XD Mainly I redid the background, I think it looks a bit better now haha

Ok well, this is at first glance, a cute picture of the 2 shown.
but I just want to get this out: you outta try drawing with much thinner lines when working on the line-work, doing so will increase neatness,satifactory, and will just look nice.
Next, the face to the girl on the right, I know anime's don't really have noses...which is kinda weird and.....anyway, the nose need to be more center, as anyone would come here, they would instantly feel a defomation.
and I see the perspective you were trying go with, but that extra bit of face also count toward thinking deformation at first glance, as there is too much face for this perspective and her eye needs to be a little bit wider for the perfect form.
of all the features of the body, its most important to work and perfect (the best you can) the face, because when everybody sees it, and any mis-drawn, deformation or non-symetrical part will be noticed, in this case, her face was intantly noticed.
Now, the leg on the girl to the right, you can easily fix that up by straightening the Shin, because that bone, is VERY straight.
Now, I can deal with the background, maybe more texture though, it would help.
